Our annual 3rd Mother’s Day Peace Celebration, held on the Saturday before Mother’s Day, is a celebration of mothers and the power and influence they have on creating peace in our communities. This inspirational and uplifting event is filled with talented artists and motivational speakers. The King College Prep Drumline will lead our Peace March immediately following the celebration.

Keynote Speaker: Darlene Thorne, author of When Dark Chocolate is Bittersweet
Artistic and Musical Performances: For Children By Children, Chicago Children’s Choir – Englewood Neighborhood Choir, The Happiness Club
3:00pm Peace March
We are proud to have YWCA Chicago Metropolitan and Rainbow PUSH Coalition as community partners supporting this event. This event is free and open to the public. EarthHeart Foundation’s mission is to honor, empower, and educate mothers as peace builders and change leaders.
